Automatic Hot Glue Carton Packing Machine

The equipment is positioned by private clothes, controlled by PLC and operated fully. The main rotations are driven by imported motors. All levels of rotations are regulated by chains and sprockets. It has the advantages of high automation, reliable control, simple adjustment and intelligent operation. It can be widely used in beverage, beer, chemical industry, food, medicine and other industries. It can be used for secondary packaging of various bottles and cans and matching with automatic filling production line. This machine adopts high-quality stainless steel and aluminum materials, electrical appliances, and starting system adopts imported components, such as Yade passenger cylinder and starting original parts, French Schneider private service system and deceleration motor, Swiss hot melt glue machine, Korean Autonics sensor, French RE contactor, low failure rate of secondary equipment, less maintenance and high reliability.

Separate bottle conveyor

The Bottles and cans will be divided and inspected on this conveyor and then group divided and inspected evenly.

Automatic cardboard supplying system:

This equipment is installed in the side of the main machine, which stores the carton
cardboards, the vacuumed sucking disk will indraft the cardboard into the guide slot, and then the belt will transport the cardboard into the main machine.

Cardboard folding mechanism

The servo driver of this mechanism will drive the chain to fold the cardboard step by step.

Drop box mechanism

After the bottle dropping device drops the bottle into the cardboard, the servo motor drives the synchronization device to drop. At the same time, the left and right sets of suction cups suck the cardboard, and the bottle finally falls between the front and rear clamping chain plates on the main rotating conveyor chain.

Hot melt machine

The heating element and the hot melt glue sprayer are manufactured by MESA and ROBATECH brand.
