ZXXGF24-24-16-16-5 PET bottle disinfection, disinfection, aseptic water washing, filling, capping machine, adopt the advanced technology, stable performance, safe and reliable. (It can produce like NFC juice, milk, vitamin drinks and other plant-based drinks). The filling machine adopts non-contact filling method, which can effectively prevent secondary pollution; The filling valve adopts the pneumatic diaphragm filling valve imported from Germany, and the filling capacity is measured with the imported high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter to realize the opening and closing of the valve. The working environment of the host should be selected as aseptic isolation system, aseptic maintenance gloves, aseptic item transfer device, automatic foam cleaning system, disinfectant spray fumigation system
Three washing part:
The bottle clamp on the rotary table of the bottle punching machine holds the bottle opening and turns it 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle opening downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing part, the special nozzle on the bottle clamp emits disinfectant, disinfect the inner wall of the bottle, and then enter the second washing part for disinfection. After the bottle is disinfected, enter the sterile water washing part for washing
Filling and capping part:
The cleaned bottle is exported from the punching machine and transferred to the filling machine through the picking star wheel. The bottle entering the filling part is held by the bottle neck plate stuck to the bottle mouth. The bottle is raised and lowered by the lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM. The filling process is completed after the bottle rises to the top and opens the filling valve. The filling part adopts the pressure filling method directly connected with the UHT. After filling, the bottle enters the capping part through the transition wheel of the bottleneck. The stopcock on the capping part traps the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine, and realizes catching, sleeving, screwing and removing actions under the action of the CAM to complete the whole capping process
FFU (Fan filter Unit) air filter
Air purification in the filling area (room): The air is filtered by the primary effect, medium effect and high efficiency filter into the filling area (room), so that the filling area reaches the 100 level (static) purification standard

Disinfectant mixing system for SOP and spray fumigation

This unit can adjust the high concentration of the disinfectant stock solution to the concentration used by the filling equipment according to the demand. The prepared disinfectant is used by equipment inner environment sterilizer, the empty bottle sterilizer, cap sterilizer, and the SIP of the aseptic pipeline

COP foam cleaning system

This unit also has the function of COP workstation, mixing acid (alkali) foam mother liquor and process water in proportion to foam cleaning liquid, foam cleaning liquid is fully mixed with compressed air in the mixer to make it foaming, and then the foaming cleaning liquid is sprayed on the surface of the washed material through the special COP spray control valve group and spray ball

Disinfectant soaking unit for empty cap

The cap unscrambler and sterilizer is composed of cap unscrambler and cap washing machine. The cap sterilizing machine is installed in the filling room. The cap is sent to the capping device by the capping machine and arranged, then it enters cap washing machine, rinses with ozone water, and fed into the capping machine through the closed falling guide rail

Aseptic compression filter gas preparation device

The system uses PALL aseptic filters to filter the oil-free, water-free compressed air (according to ISO 8573-1:2001 (2,2,1)) or nitrogen (according to ISO 8573-1:2001 (2,6,1)) supplied by the buyer to achieve aseptic requirements. Aseptic compressed air for filling machine, bottle cap sterilization machine. The system uses the steam generated by the stainless steel pure steam generator to steam sterilize the filter and its piping system.
